SB260 Revises provisions relating to Internet Privacy Act

UPDATE 6/4/2021

The Nevada legislature passed SB260 on May 25, which was then signed by the Governor June 2, 2021.  The new law amends Nevada’s online privacy notice statutes, NRS 603A.300-360 (see below), to provide Nevada residents with a broader right to opt out of sales.

This law’s effective date is October 1, 2021.
